Chili Con Queso
This is a yummy and easy queso you can make in the crockpot
Ingredients
- 16 ounce Velveeta Cheese
- 16 ounce Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 can Rotel Tomato
- 1 can Hormel Chili
- 4 ounce Green Chiles
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
Instructions
- Put Velveeta in crockpot and let melt, then add Pepper jack cheese in and let melt. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook in crockpot on high for 30 minutes or until completely melted and warm. Then put crockpot to warm and enjoy!! Perfect for family gatherings and parties!
