Adding a Touch of Fall With Marshalls.com
Hello and Welcome to the blog!! Today we are adding a touch of fall to the living room with the help of Marshalls.com. Now as I’ve mentioned before I love Fall! Especially Fall decor! The first item that caught my eye on Marshalls.com was this cute 14×24 Woven Knot Tassel Pillow. It was the design and color that I was drawn to. The beautiful rust color is perfect for fall. So the rust color was my starting point.It’s always nice to have a starting color to work off of. I always like to switch out my pillows with each new season. So since I had the rust color as my starting point, I searched through Marshalls.com for complementing colors. I came across this super soft 20×20 Textured Teddy Pillow. I choose the tan color since it’s a nice neutral color to help tone down the rust color a bit. I went ahead and added two to my cart since the pillows, with a down filled insert, were only $16.99! Now that I added the neutral color to the line up, I wanted to bring in the rust color again or something similar, so it all came together and looked like a cohesive look. I grabbed this lovely 20×20 Textured Cotton Solid Pillow also in the color rust. It has a zippered cover and nice textured design.
Now for the piece de resistance! This Stitched fringe throw blanket! The taupe color ties in perfectly with the colors I have going on and I love the little X design. I like to drape a throw blanket on the side of a sofa, or along the back. It’s great for easy access when you want to cuddle up, but also adds a nice layer of texture and color. What a great color palette for fall!! I have a little bit of rich earth tones and some nice neutrals to balance it all out! Loving my new pillow line up!!
