Candied Walnut Bruschetta
Easy and fancy looking appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 French Baguette
- 2 Pears thinly sliced
- 8 oz goat cheese log
- 1 bag candied walnuts
- honey to drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Place baguette onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned
- Slice baguette into 1/4-inch slices
- Top each slice of bread with goat cheese, thinly sliced pear and 1-2 walnut halves.
