Smoky Cheeseburger Queso

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked ground beef
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 10 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 16 oz pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a pan (just get the disposable tin for this I promise it's the easiest option!) add the beef, onions, jalapeños, bacon, diced tomatoes, velveeta, pepperjack, cheddar, evaporated milk, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Place on a hot grill & allow to melt together. Stirring occasionally. It should melt in about 10-15 minutes depending on your heat! Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
  • Or you can add all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high stirring often, one cheese melts, put on warm.
