Smoky Cheeseburger Queso

Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked ground beef
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 10 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
- 16 oz pepper jack cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a pan (just get the disposable tin for this I promise it's the easiest option!) add the beef, onions, jalapeños, bacon, diced tomatoes, velveeta, pepperjack, cheddar, evaporated milk, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place on a hot grill & allow to melt together. Stirring occasionally. It should melt in about 10-15 minutes depending on your heat! Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
- Or you can add all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high stirring often, one cheese melts, put on warm.
