Cotton Candy Champagne

Ingredients
- 1 bottle Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Sparkling Cider
- Cotton Candy
- Marshmallow Cream
- Colored Sugar
Instructions
- Dip champagne glass in marshmallow cream, cover with colored sugar. Fill glasses with champagne and add cotton candy to the top! Enjoy!
