McChicken Sandwich
This is a yummy, fast chicken sandwich that everyone will love! It has already become a staple in our house!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp celery powder
- 1/4-1/2 cup finely grund Corn flakes, not sugared
Instructions
- place ground chicken and all spices into a bowl
- mix well with hands
- form patties
- ground Cornflakes in food processor
- place patties in cornflakes and coat both sides
- spray air fryer with oil
- cook 3-4 patties at a time. cook at 390 degrees for 10 minutes
- toast buns
- add toppings. mayo, lettuce pickles
